Mike & Schmeev have known each other for over 20 years, and for most of that time, Mike has been a Juggalo. Juggalo Judgment is what happens when a Juggalo convinces his non-Juggalo best friend to do a deep dive into the history of Insane Clown Posse, Psychopathic Records, and the Juggalo world as a whole. Follow us as we go album by album, giving our thoughts and hot takes on beloved records and under-the-radar releases from The Label That Runs Beneath The Streets and beyond!

SB 6 - My Aim Is True by Elvis Costello
Sunday Apr 24, 2022
Sunday Apr 24, 2022
Way back in 1977 Elvis Costello released his debut album. 13 years later, I was born. 20-something years later I was introduced to said album and determined it was one of the greatest things I'd ever heard, from a songwriting, compositional, really every standpoint. Does Mike have an appreciation for this kind of old-fashioned rock and roll? Does it baffle him as a temporal anomaly, existing across many generations of genres while sounding clean as heck? Will he be able to analyze at least one song that is plainly just about bangin'? Find out as we dive into Elvis Costello's My Aim Is True.

Mike Check Ep. 35.5 - The Actual Mike Check
Sunday Apr 17, 2022
Sunday Apr 17, 2022
Because Schmeev jumped the gun and didn't ask Mike if a Mike Check was coming out today due to Mike's hesitance at releasing what he initially recorded, you got that dumpster fire earlier today. But never fear, Mike is here. Well... maybe you should fear anyways. REGARDLESS, Mike's got some info on some new releases dropping that he's aware of and the possibility of some festival happening that he might attend. Let's try not to jinx it this time.

SB 5 - Haunted by Poe
Sunday Apr 10, 2022
Sunday Apr 10, 2022
On Halloween in the year of our Lord 2000, an artist named Poe released a sort of companion piece to a novel released in March of the same year. At the same time, it was a tribute to her father who had recently passed, and a way to explore the grieving process of a complicated relationship. In that spirit, we also discuss the complicated relationship between listeners and artists, artists and labels, there's a lot to cover here. Was Poe ahead of her time? Does her eccentric taste make for a unique sound still not heard today? Is this 18 track album a form of retribution for the other 11 months of the year? Find out as we dive into Poe's sophomore album Haunted.

You like the Psychopathic Rydas? No? Well, neither does Schmeev. You like gold? Well, neither does Mike. We're 0-for-2 right now... How about we combine the 2 and hope for the best? Around the Riddle Box era, ICP and a bunch of friends and Psychopathic Records employees did a gimmick supergroup that was basically Rydas before Rydas, but everyone had a gold name and had an incredibly limited time frame to write their lyrics and only 1 take to lay those vocals down. Is this album a fun novelty? Is it easy to tell who's a rapper and who should never enter a vocal booth ever again? Is Legz Diamond a goddamn treasure on this Earth and should be on every project ever? Find out the answers to these and more today, but before you do that, make sure you... Gimme Dem Fuckin' Nuggets Bitch, Or I'll Punch Your Fuckin' Face.

Ep. 79 - Born Dead by Project Born
Sunday Mar 13, 2022
Sunday Mar 13, 2022
In the early days of Psychopathic, ICP were slowly but surely making names for themselves. The Detroit area would know of the 2 white guys painting themselves up as clowns rapping about murder and carnivals. But Violent J wanted more for the label. He wanted to show that Psychopathic wasn't just ICP. Enter Project Born, Psychopathic's attempt to expand past what ICP was doing at the time. Would Juggalos accept the group? Were guest features from ICP and Esham The Unholy enough to satisfy their desire for horrorcore? Were some of the songs just too goddamn long to keep the attention of the Juggalos in the early 90's? Find out today as we venture into the graveyard and find those who were... Born Dead.

Ep. 78 - Dog Beats by Inner City Posse
Sunday Feb 27, 2022
Sunday Feb 27, 2022
Eagle-eared listeners will remember way back when we discussed Forgotten Freshness Vol. 2 that we really dug the track "Dog Beats" towards the end. It was fun to hear something that was almost entirely different than what we'd heard from Violent J & Shaggy 2 Dope up to that point. But why leave that as some freshness meant to be forgotten? Pre-clowny Joe & Joey was a welcome treat to hear at that time, so surely an entire EP of that would be just as fun, right? (Clearly Schmeev has been enjoying this entire "shit we missed" journey, if you haven't noticed). So continuing this fun little romp through the early years, we had to hit up this CD as well. For being another Violent J-heavy project, have his skills improved significantly since Bass-Ment Cuts? Does J have a weird obsession with The Wizard Of Oz? And why did they feel compelled to add an alleged Carnival Of Carnage B-side on this 2020 re-release? Find out the answers to the questions and more as we hit up that drive-thru and order some of Inner City Posse's... Dog Beats.
